After having extensively researched how best to prolong the shelf life of our fresh juices without sacrificing the multitude of beneficial properties cold-pressed juice offers, it became apparent that freezing was the only option for optimization of the many nutritional benefits.  After the cold-press process, our juice is sealed in bags and immediately frozen - this preserves the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and flavour.  Once frozen, the shelf life is extended from 3 days up to 6 months and within hours of being defrosted, is as nutritious as it had been when it was first cold-pressed.  The pasturized juices in the supermarket have very low levels of vitamins and enzymes...
