We are super excited to announce our 'Freshly Frozen'* range of cold-pressed juices - the next-best thing to drinking your cold-pressed juice directly from the press! This process ensures significant nutrient and enzyme retention and extends shelf life 3 days up to 6 months. Just defrost overnight in fridge (or 2-3 hours on countertop). The only ingredients are fruit and veg (no fillers or emulsifiers), the defrosted product may separate slighty - it is reccomended that you mix well, preferably a gentle mix in a blender.
*After having extensively researched how best to prolong the shelf life of our fresh juices without having to sacrifice the multitude of beneficial properties cold-pressed juice offers, it became apparent that freezing was the only option for optimization of the many nutritional benefits. After the cold-press process, our juice is sealed in bags and immediately frozen - this preserves the vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, enzymes and flavour. Once frozen the shelf life of a juice is extended from 3 days up to 6 months and within hours of being defrosted, is as nutritious as it had been when it was first cold-pressed.
